Any absence requests should be made by submitting the following form - Sixth Form Absence Request Form

The application should be made well in advance and you are strongly advised to apply for leave of absence before you confirm your arrangements. Under no circumstances will permission for a leave of absence in term time be authorised after it has happened. 

Holidays will NOT be approved during school time.
